Service Level Standard
- Annual service carried out once on all your chosen equipment within 120 days from contract start
- Site visit from an engineer within 72 hours of reported faults on all equipment listed
- Chargeable installation for new equipment
- Chargeable disposal of old equipment and packaging in accordance with current WEEE regulations
Service Level Premium
- Annual service carried out once on all chosen equipment within 60 days from contract start
- Site visit from an engineer within 24/48 hours of reported faults in all equipment listed
- No reactive maintenance charge for site visits
- 10% reduction in the cost of spare parts fitted
- No charge for installation of new equipment supplied by Cattermole Group
- No charge for disposal of old equipment and packaging supplied by Cattermole Group in accordance with current WEEE regulations
